Herbal, Spiced, Fruited Gourmet Honeys

Nine distinctly different honeys, all ideal in cooking but marvelous for table use.   We use either golden clover honey or a darker  blend of wildflower honey, slightly warmed to a precise temperature to release the essential oils from the herbs and spices.
  

  • Lemon Thyme - Wonderful  on chicken and in cream sauce.
  • Winterspice - Rich blend of allspice, cloves, and cinnamon.
  • Wildflower Mint - Dark and rich for fruits and fruit bread.
  • Razz Berry - Made with yummy red raspberries
  • Maple Magic - Great on pancakes and ice cream.
  • Vanilla Velvet - Delicate flavor for tea, fruit salads or pastries. 
  • Sweet & Sassy - Hot pepper honey for dips and cooking/grilling sauces. 
  • Ginger Sage - Perfect  for oriental meats and exotic teas. 
  • Razzle Dazzle -  Divine black raspberry honey, so yummy you just have to lick the spoon.

    Packaged in user friendly wide mouthed jars, yet capped  with elegant cloth of a beautiful plaid, tied with gold bows.  Special Christmas plaids of deep forest green or deep burgundy are offered as well.
