Herbal Wine Vinegars
These herbs are steeped in the finest wine vinegars, a robust Italian sopprafino red and a delicate, champagne or sauterne white wine. We at Lowelands Farm pride ourselves in using the highest quality of wine vinegars, all derived from quality wine-making grapes.

Our herbal wine vinegars are handsomely packed in half-wine bottles with tamper evident foil caps in sparkling gold (for the white wine variety) and or rich burgundy (for the reds).

Our Specialty Selections.

Red Raspberry (in red) - A delicious blend of wine vinegar, red raspberries, sugar and a sprig of freshly-cut mint.
French Tarragon - Packed in both red and white wine vinegars.
Basil (in red) & Opal Basil (in white) - Packed as single herbs but include flowers when available.
Dill (only in white) - with its' own flowers and dill seed.
Italian Blend (in red) - is garlic, oregano and other herbs.
Devilish Blend (in white) - bottles a mild but unmistakable FIRE in its' variety of red and green hot peppers, parsley and herb seeds.
Apricotabra (in white) - A delicate blend of the flavors of apricots, vanilla bean, star anise and sugar. Wonderful for salads and meat sauces.
Blackberry Magic (in red) - loaded with blackberries sweetened to perfection. Blend with olive oil to make a simple dressing.
Cajun Crazy(in white) - A fun to use blend of hot peppers, rosemary, garlic and mustard seed.
Ginger Snap (in white) - Made with pears and Far-Eastern ginger, allspice and a touch of sugar. Makes a wonderful salad dressing or marinade.
Peachy Keen (in white) - Spiced blend of peaches, whole cinnamon sticks, cloves, sugar, star anise and cardamom. Yummy .......
Razzamatazz (in red) - Whole raspberries, sugar and mint sprig. Great for chicken recipes and fruit sauces.
